this game is like Megaman... but its a lot harder and has all characters replaced with little anime girls...

well i might not play it cuz its megaman but i do believe those are touhou characters but i forgot the name of that fairy cuz my friend showed me that there are tons of games with touhou spin offs like touhou fighting or touhou'mon (poke'mon)
next time i go to my friends house ill ask him about it cuz hes better at japanese games and hes the one that showed me these games

its harder than megaman cause it has bosses that can use bullet hell attacks =P
